Purchase Process

Process to request a Sales Authorisation Voucher for the purchase of a new car

Step 1

You will need to complete an online verification form so that we can verify your eligibility for the scheme.  Please email westmidlandspf@polfed.org with the subject title 'Suzuki Affinity verification' from your work's .pnn email address, so that we can email you a link to the form to complete. If retired, please include evidence of your retired officer status i.e. copy of pension slip on your email.

Step 2

The online form will take just a few minutes to complete, and requests your basic personal details as well as your Force/ex Force and collar number.

Once the application has been submitted, the request will either be APPROVED or REJECTED.

If the request is successful an email will be received by you within 48 hours with your individual verification certificate, confirming approval. You will need to forward this onto your nominee, if applicable.

If the voucher request is rejected, you will receive an email confirming the reason/s why. It may simply require correction of information and for the request to be resubmitted.

Step 3

Either contact Motor Source Group direct or visit your local dealership with the completed verification certificate, arrange a test drive of your chosen car (if required). Upon arrival at your dealership immediately advise them that you wish to participate in the Suzuki Motor Source scheme, instructions to the dealer are on the reverse of the voucher.

Call West Midlands Police Federation on 0121 700 1231 if you have any queries on the above.

Please note: Prices listed run on a quarterly basis. Your car must be ordered and registered between the dates stated to qualify for that quarter's offers.
