Fairness and Equality

West Midlands Police Federation is fully committed to the issues of fairness and equality to those that it represents and those it employs. We are dedicated to highlighting the damaging effects and eradicating them from the service. We will support initiatives within the Police Service to combat these issues and to give assistance, where appropriate, to our members.
